- In-stock miners are dispatched within 48–72 hours after order confirmation.
- Used and refurbished miners are shipped within 5–7 business days, as each unit is fully tested before dispatch.
- All used miners undergo functional testing to ensure proper operation prior to shipping.
We ship globally using reliable express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, and similar carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 24–48 hours via email.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
You will be notified by email about all important updates related to your order.
- All miners are shipped with a compatible PSU (where applicable) and original manufacturer packaging.
- Additional protective packaging is used to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Boxes are clearly marked as FRAGILE to ensure careful handling by courier services.
- All brand-new miners include a 180-day manufacturer warranty, unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer; MinerHaus assists customers with warranty claims when needed.
- Our technical support team is available to help diagnose issues and provide guidance when required.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper voltage, environmental factors, or unauthorized modifications.
- For selected countries, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping may be available, meaning customs clearance and import duties are handled on your behalf.
- Availability of DDP depends on destination and must be confirmed before shipment.
- For destinations where DDP is not available, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, VAT, or customs fees according to local regulations.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware:
- All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
- Returns are accepted only in cases of verified hardware defects covered under warranty.
- If a miner must be returned to the service or repair facility, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and insurance.
Returned products must be properly packaged and insured. MinerHaus is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
