14. Warranty Policy

MinerHaus offers warranty support in accordance with the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
This warranty:

  • applies only to the original purchaser,

  • does not cover software, misuse, physical or electrical damage, environmental damage, modified equipment, counterfeit units, or burnt hashboards.

The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to the service center. The manufacturer or MinerHaus will return repaired or replacement hardware.

Warranty periods vary by product and are determined by the manufacturer.

15. Shipping Policy

MinerHaus ships globally from our warehouses. Delivery times generally:

  • EU: 3–5 days

  • Americas: 3–5 days

  • Remote regions (e.g., Russia): up to 10 days

Carriers include: DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, TNT.

We are not responsible for courier errors, delays, or losses due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours.

16. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining hardware and rapid market price changes, all orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

We strongly recommend understanding market risks before purchasing.
